We are seeking a Property Operations Analyst to join our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The Property Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and reporting initiatives in support of the Property Operations leadership team (i.e. energy benchmarking compliance and upkeep of a national crime database). Further responsible for coupling field exposure with related business and organizational acumen to help the Property Operations leadership team identify future efficiencies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform regular reporting for energy benchmarking compliance in addition to maintaining Property Operations crime database as directed by the Manager Property Operations, Analysis.
Perform ad hoc operational and financial functions as directed by the Manager Property Operations, Analysis as a way of gaining experience, exposure, familiarity, and developing influence, in ways that will further enhance Regency’s operational strategy long-term.
Work closely with, and serve as a liaison between, Property Operations and other Regency systems/departments to help observe, communicate, promote, and develop or enhance procedures and software aimed to improve operational efficiencies.
Coordinate logistics for annual Property Operations retreat.
Are You Qualified?
Bachelor’s degree required, finance or business concentration preferred.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting required.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet search functionality).
Intermediate proficiency with other software (i.e. Oracle/JDE, Yardi, or similar accounting tools).
Intermediate knowledge or higher of real estate industry finance.
