As an Insurance CSR, you will play a key role in working with our valued customers, assisting them with policy changes, and ensuring they receive top-notch customer service. Our office, located in the scenic Bonita Springs, specializes in personal lines insurance, with a primary focus on home and car insurance. You will work with customers who already love us and help them answer questions and service their active policies.

Responsibilities:- Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
- Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Buy materials for the office when necessary
- Engage with existing customers to address inquiries, assist, and facilitate policy adjustments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with the team in our bustling office environment, handling various tasks efficiently
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license; we are prepared to support you in the licensing process
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Be comfortable working in an office
- Willing to learn new things
