Gardener/Landscaper

in We are looking to contract a Gardener/Landscaper worker for our property in Covina managed by REGENCY MANAGEMENT INC. Please see "REQUIREMENTS"

- MUST have experience as a Gardener/Landscaper and have their own tools must have a LAWN TRACTOR .
- MUST be able to work independently and complete work.
- Must document any and ALL WORK.
- Must respond to On-Site Manager/Supervisor requests, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently.

**AT WILL CONTRACT AGREEMENT**

REQUIREMENTS:
1. GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
2. BUSINESS LICENSE (FOR THE CITY, OR COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES)

Se busca un trabajador de Gardineria/Paisajista para propiedades en la ciudad de Covina.

- DEBE tener experiencia deGardineria y tener sus propias herramientas y transportación. DEBE TENER UN TRACTOR CORTACESPED.
- DEBE tener conocimientos generales de Gardineria y Paisajista
- DEBE ser capaz de trabajar de forma independiente y completar el trabajo en el tiempo acordado.
- Debe documentar y tomar fotos de TODOS LOS TRABAJOS.
- Debe responder a las solicitudes de la supervisora y manager asegurando que las solicitudes se cumplan de manera rápida y competente.
