Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located in Brandywine, MD. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive work environment. This role involves day-to-day interaction with employees and leadership to support HR initiatives and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Position is 100% onsite in Brandywine, MD
- Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Performance Evaluation skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is beneficial
