About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties run smoothly. Whether it's leading by example, keeping things organized, or delivering amazing service to our residents, we've got your back with the support and tools you need to thrive.
Here's What You'll Do: (Variety of work)
- Help train Leasing Coordinators under the Community Manager's guidance
- Keep daily marketing areas and common spaces clean and welcoming
- Lease apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant
- Assist with posting on property social media pages
- Process rental applications and maintain strong closing ratios
- Conduct market surveys and suggest competitive changes
- Stay on top of resident, maintenance, and property files
- Assist with rent collection and resolve resident issues promptly
- Conduct property inspections and ensure everything's running smoothly
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED (CAM designation is a plus!)
- At least 1 year of residential property management experience
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Flexibility to conduct usual duties in all weather conditions
- Varied work schedule which includes weekends during peak leasing season
- A positive, professional attitude for working with residents and team members
