QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a human resource department or similar work preferred.
- Associate’s Degree preferred, but will accept work experience in an office or other professional environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software, social media platforms and HRIS systems effectively.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with staff and managers.
- Demonstrate detail and accuracy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS :
Must be able to sit, stand and walk throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English.
Work Schedule : Monday -Friday 40 hours, 8 hours per day
Salary: Starting at $21.50. per hour
