Our caregivers provide personalized support and services to residents in need, promoting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer medications as needed
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal services
- Engage residents in social-recreational activities and provide emotional support
- Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
**Requirements:**
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to relate positively and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in caregiving or related field preferred
