We specialize in Retirement/Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation Therapy, Respite Care, Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care , services. You're the face of Regency Pacific Management to potential candidates as a Therapy Recruiter. You highlight the competitive advantage of our locations in terms of pay, lifestyle, work-life balance, and the ability to help others. In-house program - be part of the community and corporate team. The position interacts with multiple hiring teams and areas. You report to the VP or Therapy Services and the VP of Human Resources.
You Will:
- Open and update requisitions across advertising modalities based on the role and employment community.
- Attract talent for current and projected staffing needs
- Allocate recruiting resources across locations and needs
- Screen the candidate's resume, application, and interview performance
- Represent communities at job fairs and college recruiting events.
- Use your creative talents to create recruiting flyers and pertinent recruiting materials.
You Currently:
- A minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. Skilled Nursing knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience maximizing promotion through social media channels preferred
- Know applicant tracking systems and job board posting requirements
