Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The NP will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, performing regenerative treatments, and educating patients on their healthcare options. The ideal candidate has experience in regenerative medicine or a strong interest in this field and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and regenerative therapy protocols.
- Administer regenerative therapies, such as exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, and other advanced treatments (training provided if needed).
- Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions to ensure they understand and feel confident about their care.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinic staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on advancements in regenerative medicine and recommend new practices or treatments to enhance patient care.
- Support clinic operations, including participating in team meetings, contributing to protocol development, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in California and prescriptive authority.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner (preferred).
- Prior experience or interest in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, or pain management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
