Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the success and growth of our partner clinics in the regenerative medicine space. This individual will play a key role in managing clinic onboarding, fostering long-term relationships, and driving performance through strategic support across marketing, patient acquisition & conversion, compliance, and operational workflows. The Junior Clinic Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clinics, ensuring that each one is equipped and empowered to achieve their patient acquisition and service delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clinics, ensuring a smooth integration into our systems and protocols.
- Manage ongoing clinic performance through regular check-ins, data tracking, and operational support.
- Coach clinic staff on best practices in lead conversion, patient education, and compliant marketing execution.
- Monitor KPIs across multiple clinics and proactively address performance gaps with actionable strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clinic partners, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Utilize CRM systems, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards to track progress, report outcomes, and streamline clinic operations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or operations (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication style—both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), and workflow/project management tools.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance principles such as HIPAA and FDA marketing standards is a plus.
- Experience in regenerative or functional medicine is highly desirable.
