We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our dynamic team within the Bispecific Antibodies Group . The successful candidate will focus on establishing novel technology platforms and developing bispecific antibodies for a variety of indications. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaborate across different departments in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Scientist within the Bispecifics Group, a typical day might include :
- Perform in vitro biochemical, immunological and cell-based assays, such as CBA, ELISA, MSD,and Incucyte.
- Conduct in vivo anti-tumor efficacy and mechanistic studies using a variety of murine models.
- Design, execute and analyze multicolor flow-cytometry experiments.
- Contribute to molecular design, protein production and purification of novel bispecific molecules.
- Present data at group meetings and to senior management.
- Prepare documents for regulatory filings, patent applications, and scientific publications.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a PhD in Immunology, Oncology or related fields with 0-2 years of post-degree work experience in academia or industry. You should have extensive in vivo mouse handling experience including injection, blood sampling, tissue collection, and immune cell isolation. Expertise in multicolor flow cytometry, cell-based assays, immunoassays (MSD / ELISA) is required. Experience in molecular cloning, protein expression and purification would be a plus.
