As a Senior Scientist within the Bispecifics Group, a typical day might include:
- Perform in vitro biochemical, immunological and cell-based assays, such as CBA, ELISA, MSD,and Incucyte.
- Conduct in vivo anti-tumor efficacy and mechanistic studies using a variety of murine models.
- Design, execute and analyze multicolor flow-cytometry experiments.
- Contribute to molecular design, protein production and purification of novel bispecific molecules.
- Present data at group meetings and to senior management.
- Prepare documents for regulatory filings, patent applications, and scientific publications.
- Are passionate about innovation and interested in early-stage drug development, can quickly adapt to changes and enjoy new challenges.
- Can independently design, perform, and analyze experiments in a reproducible manner.
- Can work productively in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
- Have excellent communication skills, are highly organized and experienced in maintaining detailed records.
- Are confident in multitasking and capable of coordinating multiple projects.
