Behavioral Health School-Based Manager

We are looking for a licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) clinician to lead our team of school-based coordinators and school-based counselors. The school-based program provides behavioral health services in Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Union counties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manager/Administration (.50 FTE)
- Serves as a liaison between the Director of Behavioral Health and school-based clinicians.
- Provides direct clinical and administrative supervision to District Coordinators.
- Meets monthly with District Coordinators as a group and individually to determine strengths and opportunities in the school-based program.
- Evaluates school-based program’s successes and barriers on an ongoing basis and reports findings to Director of Behavioral Health to facilitate program improvements.
- Facilitates clinical supervision, staffing, consultations, trainings and related meetings/seminars.
- Assists with new employee hiring, orientation and training to ensure new SBS clinicians have the necessary tools for success.
- Assists with peer reviews, audits, and other quality measures to ensure compliance, improve quality measures, and close gaps in care.
- Assists with securing funds for health center programs, staff, and patients to provide ongoing affordable and quality healthcare.
- Attends community meetings and events as required as a representative of Behavioral Health
Clinical Work (.50 FTE)
- Work within the integrated primary health care model to provide school-based behavioral health services (SBS) to patients served by RHC.
- Provide direct care services to patients served by RHC SBS, including but not limited to Diagnostic Assessment (DA), Individualized Plan of Care (IPOC), Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, SUD Services and Discharge/Transition Planning,
- Provide treatment, rehabilitation, service linkage and client advocacy to patients served by RHC SBS to maintain continuity of care within the integrated care model.
- Clinician will comply with all Federal, State and Local laws relating to confidentially (HIPPA), ethical behavior and clinical documentation.
- Clinical documentation will be completed in accordance with RHC policy, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Clinician will comply with and understand Health Services (HRSA) and RHC program requirements.
- Clinician as needed will consult with outside agencies or programs that serve RHC SBS patients to coordinate and/or provide care in a collaborative manner.
- Clinician will ensure compliance with HIPPA and RHC polices related to provision of these services.
- Clinician will serve as a member of the integrated health care team. Clinician will participate in routine clinical supervision, patient staffing, monthly provider meetings, consultations and other meetings as required to provide high quality integrated care to patients served by RHC SBS.
- Clinician will work to meet patient access metrics to ensure integrated care delivery to RHC SBS patients.
- Clinician will complete other unspecified duties as assigned.
