We operate nine sites offering Medical Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services, Patient Transportation, Mobile Medical, and Outreach Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will provide quality primary medical care for all patients in accordance with the physician's medical specialty.
- You will develop a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physician examination, appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization when necessary.
- You will use all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and radiological testing, in an appropriate and cost-efficient manner.
- You will confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients, and patient's families concerning treatment and care of patients.
- You will participate in the Health Promotion/Disease Prevention activities by the U.S. Public Health Services.
- You will supervise Nurse Practitioners according to contractual obligations and in accordance with the RHC Collaborative Agreement.
