- Sourcing and identifying new investment opportunities and acquisition prospects
- Regularly communicating with prospective acquisition targets and their representatives via email, telephone and CRM.
- Conducting extensive industry research
- Actively participating in the M&A deal qualification process
- Preparing material for the presentation of investment opportunities
- Analyzing transaction trends in private equity and across multiple industry verticals
- Understanding business processes, conducting industry research, developing competitor lists
- Sourcing and identifying potential talent to assist with hiring for the firm and its portfolio companies
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree from a leading college or university
- An entrepreneurial, energetic, optimistic attitude with a strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion and good judgment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
