The International Enrollment Specialist will assist admissions and advising leadership in the successful attainment of both enrollment and retention goals as determined by the school administration. This position will serve the F-1 international applicant and student population as the primary point of contact for assistance with enrollment, status changes, OPT, CPT or other International related SEVIS requirements and needs. This position will serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and will handle the day to day duties while collaborating with PDSO often.

Essential Duties
- Assist with management of DSO-related tasks and general training to ensure accurate reporting and standing for the F-1 Visa Program within the Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
- Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for the F-1 Student Visa Program within SEVIS.3.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each term as determined by Enrollment Management leadership while adhering to dynamic, internal work processes.
- Carry out enrollment strategies for admissions and advising leadership and faculty, on occasion, based on market research, student data, and enrollment needs.
- Ensure course registration requirements are met for all F-1 Visa students.
- To accurately process, update, and maintain application data in the appropriate student information systems, and process international documentation from the point of application to the issuance of I-20 forms.
- Sales/customer service/higher education experience
- Strong preference given to those with management experience in a sales/customer service/higher education setting
- DSO experience highly preferred
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures governing nonimmigrant students
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate professionally over email, phone, Skype, and other modes of communication; must have excellent proof-reading skills
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, web-based resources, CRM systems, and email

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and details and be well-organized
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in problem solving
