Food Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Food Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. this role is for a catering and food service operation you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, verify that business requirements are met, and enhance the overall experience.

Duties

• Conduct functional testing to ensure applications meet specified requirements.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in performance.
• Utilize debugging techniques to troubleshoot issues and provide actionable feedback to developers.
• Write and maintain cases, plans, and documentation for quality assurance processes.
• Participate in practices to streamline testing and deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with business requirements by validating features against specifications.
• Provide insights on UI/UX improvements based on testing outcomes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets effectively.
• Strong understanding of HTML and its application in web-based software testing.
• Familiarity with functional testing methodologies and best practices.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Experience with DevOps principles is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills to articulate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
