Maintenance Specialist
The Region One Education Service Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all district grounds, including athletic fields.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the upkeep of all outdoor facilities, including landscaping and grounds maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of athletic fields for games by performing tasks such as chalking, watering, and fertilizing.
- Care for trees, shrubs, and flowers by pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and controlling weeds.
Requirements:
- A valid Texas Driver's License is required.
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not necessary.
Working Conditions:
This is a 261-day position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to follow written and oral instructions.
