Exciting opportunity with an energized Human Resources Team as a Recruiter providing assistance to the employees of the organization, supporting the team with day to day functions, and performing Recruiting functions for one of Charlottesville's largest organizations!
Excellent opportunity for both an experienced HR individual as well as someone with only a few years in the HR field.
Responsibilities
Assist in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department to include:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two to Five years’ experience in Human Resource. A certification in HR is a plus, but not required!
In addition, the incumbent should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of: federal, state, and local employment laws; basic human resources principals.
Skills in: Project management; excellent verbal and written communication skills; data analysis; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; attention to detail; time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; proficient with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferably Munis)
Ability to: Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; ability to work independently, ability to quickly learn and adapt quickly. Flexible. Problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Able to access and navigate each department at the Region Ten facilities. Ability to endure a high level of stress.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week M-F 8:30 – 5:00
Base pay starting at $20.02 per hour plus:

- Pursuing data accuracy in HRIS system/files
- Implementing company policies and practices.
- Assisting staff when they come into the HR suite or when they call HR
- Being the contact person for all things related to Recruitment
