Key Responsibilities
As a trained professional in our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Functions:
- Ensure a meaningful day for individuals by providing systematic training and customized supports based on their individual needs and desired outcomes.
- Attend and participate in team meetings to ensure that the training and supports developed for individuals are truly what they need and desire.
- Work with individuals, their families, and other team members in identifying the person's desired outcomes and participating in the completion of any assessments/evaluations as recommended by the Individualized Plan (IPP) team.
