Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Disability Caregiver to join our team. As a Disability Caregiver, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide personalized support and training in their homes and community settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide systematic training and supports to enhance the individual's competencies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Attend team meetings to ensure that training and supports are aligned with the individual's needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other team members to identify and address their needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection to ensure accountability and meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent knowledge.
- Prefer one year of experience in human services.
Compensation:
$15.15-$16.24 hourly wage range.
Salary : $15 - $16
