About us: The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation focused on providing support to nonprofit organizations in the areas of health, mental health, and juvenile intervention. NPO Centric is a program of the RAP Foundation. Through a membership program, capacity-building training and workshops, networking opportunities and technical assistance grants we strengthen nonprofit organizations.
Job Summary: The Program Development and Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, strategy, reporting and successful completion of marketing projects across various channels. This is a project manager position with an emphasis on marketing. The ideal candidate will manage timelines and deadlines, marketing calendars, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and align with NPO Centric goals. This role requires strong organization, communication, writing and excellent follow-through skills. This role reports directly to the director of NPO Centric.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end process of marketing projects, ensuring all objectives, timelines are met.
· Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and key milestones.
· Create engaging content for various mediums: website, portal, social media, newsletter, eblasts, press releases, presentations and recaps, and marketing collateral.
· Coordinate with internal and external partners to execute initiatives.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize campaigns.
· Provide frequent updates on progress and any potential issues.
· Function as key member of NPO Centric team through communication, accountability, and teamwork.
· Lead post-project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future project processes.
· Maintain and update NPO Centric membership portal.
· Coordinate trainings and workshops.
· Provide excellent customer service to NPO Centric members.
· Stay informed on industry updates and technology.
· Utilize grants platform to develop processes.
· Manage department marketing calendar.
· Represent the RAP Foundation/NPO Centric at events, community gatherings, Board and committee meetings.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
· , with a focus on marketing.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
· Excellent organizational, time-management, ad multi-tasking skills.
· Requires excellent writing and communication skills (business emails, marketing eblasts, fliers, reports, newsletters, grant applications, misc.) and public speaking skills. Must submit two writing samples as part of application process.
· Ability to think strategically, troubleshoot challenges, and drive successful outcomes.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
· Must engage in the exercise of discretion and independent judgement.
· Strong working knowledge with various platforms (Meta, Survey Monkey, Google Suite, Canva, Kartra and Grant Station) and enjoys learning new programs.
· Knowledgeable in software applications- Office 365, Excel, Power Point.
