We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead the financial and administrative functions at Tocal Agricultural College in Paterson. Salary: $106,025 – $117,363 p.a. super
About The Role
As the Team Leader – Admin Support (Accounting), you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations for Tocal College, Tocal Field Days, and the CB Alexander Foundation. Your expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards will ensure the smooth financial management of college activities.
This role requires strong leadership and financial acumen, as you will provide strategic financial advice, support audits, and manage financial transactions while ensuring compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting – Oversee and manage financial transactions, prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for key stakeholders.
Budget & Compliance Oversight – Provide financial guidance to management, external auditors, advisory councils, and boards while ensuring adherence to Australian Accounting Standards.
Accounts & Payroll Administration – Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial records for the Tocal Field Days Association.
Student Fee & Contract Administration – Act as the primary contact for student fee payers and maintain up-to-date contract management systems.
Leadership & WHS Contributions – Lead the admin support team and contribute to Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives within the college.
