Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary care and addiction treatment services. We offer odults and children - both uninsured and insured - integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental office settings and possess strong organizational skills.
Essential Function:
- Patient Transportation (If applicable)
- Medical Records and Filing
- Supply Inventory
- Check in Deliveries
- Monetary Responsibilities
- Intake Services
- Schedule patients
- Ethical/Legal Issues – understanding of state codes and following standards
- Teamwork and performance improvement
- Works cooperatively with supervisor and others
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One year of experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
