- Manage employee evaluations and performance reviews, ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects to enhance employee engagement and retention.
