Position Title: 21st CCLC Site Coordinator
Location: Assigned school building (Abingdon Avon High School, Galesburg High School, West Central High School, KHS/KJHS, ROWVA Jr/Sr High School, Monmouth-Roseville High School, Monmouth Roseville Jr. High School)

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of all 21 CCLC activities and members assigned or contracted to provide services for the enrolled students and their families of the 21 CCLC Program on the designated locations pre-approved for specific program instruction or field trip education.
The 21st CCLC site coordinator comprehends the requirements for the program to meet the requirements of the state and federal design. This role will also focus on student program attendance, family engagement and volunteer recruitment. The Site Coordinator will also work closely with the school they serve to build relationships and enhance the 21st CCLC program.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & CRITICAL SKILLS
- Some College Degree and/or Past Experiences with 21 CCLC Programming Preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of the 21 CCLC model for program planning, implementation/direction of a successful extended day program, and evaluation processes required for State and Federal requirements.
- Must possess knowledge and understanding of the developmental phases of the students attending the program site.
- Must further possess good written, oral, and organizational skills for effective relationships with school personnel and administration, parents of 21 CCLC programming, day-to-day students for positive interactions, and all requirements for State and Federal assessment components asked upon by the Project Director.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to communicate with students, parents, and staff in an acceptable/courteous manner.
- Professionally enforce ROE regulations and policies.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships.

The Regional Office of Education is an intermediate agency between the Illinois State Board of Education and local school districts. The Regional Office of Education #33 works with nine districts across the four counties: Henderson, Knox, Mercer, and Warren. We have eight programs and nine different services, with over 200 employees throughout the four counties.
