Coordinator, Grant Operations - TN Strong Families
A Brief Overview
This position is responsible to coordinate all activities associated with the collection, verification, validation and submission of the data components associated with the Ryan White grant that is currently distributed by HRSA to Regional One Health. This coordinator also is responsible for documenting and submitting grant billing and receivables, all grant contracts and reviewing clinical quality measurements and support service costs to ensure that they meet the scope of the grant's requirements necessary to support patient outcomes.
What you will do
- Support activities associated with the collection, verification, validation, and submission of the data components associated with the Ryan White grant that is currently distributed by HRSA to Regional One Health
- Support monthly grant billing for Ryan White Part A, B, C, and D
- Work collaboratively, cohesively, and professionally with clinical and non-clinical staff assigned to other Ryan White grants within Regional One Health and the State of Tennessee with the goal of promoting comprehensive outpatient care for patients living with HIV/AIDS
- Regularly report an evaluation of clinical performance measures to the Quality Management Committee and Ryan White Part A Program Office
- Regularly participate in Quality Management Team activities including supporting the QM
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Management Committee to review and implement Ryan White Quality Management Plan with associated quality activity including setting QM program goals, and implementing related QM work plan in compliance with Ryan White grant requirements
- Facilitate and conduct quarterly Quality Management Committee meetings in order to share clinical performance measures
- Regularly attend Consumer Advisor Board meetings
- Participate in Local TGA and Part D Quality Management committee and activities to collaborate with other local HIV/AIDS agencies
- Responsible for entering daily medical and nurse visits and patient labs into the Shelby County CareWare system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management/Administration, Social Science or Human Services or equivalent experience and education Required
- At least 2 years experience Of progressive experience working with grant funded programs, preferably within a healthcare setting Required
