UT Regional One Physicians is currently seeking a Director, Administrative Operations at our downtown location in Memphis, TN.
A Brief Overview
Directs and administers processes, systems and workflows to align all business and service related functions across UT Regional One Physicians. Responsible for initiating process changes, reviewing current patient service systems, flows and providing measurable outcome reports. Accountable for identifying resource gaps, initiating plans and coordinating various systems to ensure harmonious workflows, seamless systems and effective patient service outcomes.
What you will do
- Serves as the lead point of contact between UTROP leadership, ROH leadership and UTROP providers to ensure the clinical needs of UTROP are met. * Communicates all activities, pertinent changes in internal/external market and presents action plans for implementation/approval with CEO. * Participates in performance improvement programs to enhance delivery of services and problem solving.
- Ensures provider schedules align with recruitment plans and clinical operations, including auditing providers work schedules. * Comprises and provides ad-hoc, routine and/or supplemental reports as requested or necessary. * Develops and sustains standards of practice which are consistent with current trends.
- Coordinates with outside entities/providers to augment the necessary staffing needs of ROH. * Develops and manages staffing plans and resource needs to meet UTROP’s provider obligations to ROH. * Consults, collaborates and maintains a positive working relationship with other disciplines and serves as a key senior leader within UTROP.
- Participates in recruitment efforts and candidate selection process. * Develops, implements, and evaluates programs to promote recruitment, retention and development. * Ensures provider employment experience is positive and reflective of UTROP/ROH shared goals.
- Manages and implements business functions, operational and strategic plans of UT-Regional One Physicians to support overall strategies and in compliance with budget policies and practices. * Ensures adherence to UTROP’s provider budget compliance.
- Oversees performance matters related UTROP providers. Develops and motivates staff to ensure that a competent, productive and customer responsive staff exists at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Business or Healthcare Administration or a closely related area. Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience Progressive business management experience in healthcare administration. Required
- Practice management Preferred
- Selected applicant must have demonstrated successful experience in project management and/or change management. Required
