What You Will Do
- Designs and implements effective training programs using a variety of delivery methods (instructor-led, eLearning, virtual, etc.)
- Supports the team with organizing meetings, managing calendars and preparation of meetings as assigned. Schedules and hosts monthly individual contributor workshops. May assist during these sessions with oversight management oversight.
- Schedules meetings for leadership development cohorts, and general sessions including reserving the space, managing sign up genius, making necessary copies, IT support, and catering when necessary. * Maintains a list of all participants by respective cohorts, sessions and meetings and identify those not in attendance to address with management.
- Processes session evaluation results and sort comments. Makes recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
- Assists with PremierTV scheduling of participants and interviews. Prepares monthly data to be displayed on the channel.
- Maintains and manages the list of new leaders and those recently promoted to ensure Organizational Development meeting.
- Partners with a variety of internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement appropriate organization and talent solutions to develop employees, create an engaged learning culture, and build organizational strength.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Builds strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Prepares invoices for payment and tracks all invoices.
- Assists with Performance Management process.
- Assists with the creation of materials such as fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides, web content, briefings, and presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Required
- PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred or
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI Preferred
- CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related field Required
