What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, hiring).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Travel regionally (up to 50%) for hiring events and on-site support.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking for talent sourcing.
- Optimize recruiting tools and processes for efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in talent acquisition (hospitality/restaurant industry preferred).
- Recruiting Expertise: Strong sourcing, engagement, and hiring skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regional travel (up to 50%).
- People Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools.
- Results-Driven: Ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
