This position is responsible for directing the Revenue Systems Program and supports the use of proprietary software and firmware.
Duties & Responsibilities :
ESSENTIAL :
- Recruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling to ensure consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. Conducts performance reviews and holds employees accountable for performance of their responsibilities.
- Evaluates and interprets the department’s budgetary needs and controls the established budget.
- Establishes and maintains intergroup cooperation with internal stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, improve consistency and ensure the highest level of professionalism in the quality of services provided to external and internal customers.
- Acts as project manager for new projects involving fare boxes, ticket vending machines, platform validators, Retail Point of Sale units.
- Organizes system-wide fare media changes relating to fare policy modifications and special events and ensures resources are available for reliable fare equipment functionality during busy or special events.
- Develops policies and procedures for Revenue Systems and makes change to maintenance programs.
