As the FMC Coordinator you will work collaboratively with managers, staff and peers providing a connection between the customer and the departments of plant operations, and grounds; to receive verbal and written requests for services.

Duties Include
- Assign tasks based on established systems and dispatch / contact appropriate staff to complete tasks maintain records, files and schedules.
- Compile data for reports as directed or according to determined routines.
- Produce communication pieces and documents using word processing.
- Prioritize multiple demands from multiple requesters seeking assistance from the Director when unsure.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a coordinator / clerk or equivalent.
