Supply Chain Services Specialist

• Meeting regularly with hospital leaders and staff to ensure department medical supplies and inventory needs are met
• Places inventory orders via Lawson EDI with vendors
• Troubleshoots problems with purchasing and inventory
• Distributes supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campus
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in supply/inventory distribution and/or customer service preferred. One (1) year of post-secondary education will substitute for work experience.
• Must be able to read, write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English
• Technology literacy is a plus
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively and independently
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

FTE: 0.6; 24 hours per week

Work Schedule: 4am-1230pm; Shifts scheduled Monday-Friday will vary based off of business needs.

Salary Rate: $18.79/hour
