Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a welcoming manner
- Manage phone calls, emails, and school communications
- Maintain student records and attendance
- Assist with scheduling, events, and administrative tasks
- Support faculty and staff with clerical needs
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced school setting
