Job Overview

Regis Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Applications Scientist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications using Regis products to showcase key product benefits.
• Create technical content for marketing initiatives such as blog posts, journal articles/white papers, posters, presentations, and seminars.
• Contribute ideas, content, and editorial feedback on marketing initiatives/tools.
• Act as a key external technical thought leader to promote Regis chromatography products and influence prospective customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to customers.
• Identify new market opportunities that align with Regis core competencies.
• Gather customer feedback to inform future product offerings and improvements.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in analytical chemistry is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of chromatography techniques such as chiral and achiral analytical and preparative HPLC and SFC is essential.
• Familiarity with chromatography data collection software associated with HPLC/SFC systems and ability to export data to usable files like Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs to create technical presentations and papers is required.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
