We are seeking a flexible, resourceful, and proactive Human Resources Manager to own the operational and compliance aspects of our growing global workforce. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, compensation, benefits, and compliance while being a versatile leader in the People space.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Lead and enhance core HR operations, including employee records, performance management, and HRIS administration.

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability across HR functions.

Ensure smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.

Sustain a culture of innovation, engagement, and empowerment while creating strategies that engage, retain, and develop our employees.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage and administer employee compensation programs, including salary benchmarking and pay structure development.

Oversee benefits programs to align with employee needs and organizational goals.

Partner with vendors to negotiate benefits packages and provide competitive offerings.

Compliance:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of federal, state, and international employment regulations.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws, required training, and internal policies.

Conduct regular audits and oversee regulatory reporting.

Flexibility & Growth:

Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics.

Support talent development, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives as needed.

Partner with leadership to provide guidance on HR best practices and contribute to strategic projects.

Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
3–5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations (domestic and international experience a plus, but not required).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus but not required.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and execute tactically.

Demonstrated experience with change management, leading others through change, and influencing across all levels of the organization.
