Program Director

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee and enhance our programs aimed at supporting the geriatric population. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and program management, demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage budgets, supervise staff, and develop innovative programs that meet the needs of our community.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure compliance with MLTC, OMIG, and DOH regulations.Create a safe, welcoming environment that meets clients’ social and personal care needs.Collaborate with healthcare and caregiving staff to develop and implement care plans.Lead, mentor, and support a team focused on enhancing quality of life for our clients.Manage documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks to uphold regulatory standards.Experience managing adult daycare or similar programs.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of MLTC, OMIG, and DOH regulations is essential.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work or RNProven experience in program development and management within the behavioral health or social services sector.Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.Experience working with the geriatric population.Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail in budgeting and administrative tasks.Ability to lead teams effectively while promoting professional development among staff members.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.Must speak Russian and English.Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve by leading our dedicated team as Program Director!Job Type : Full-timePay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearSchedule : 8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location : In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
