Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Title Agent and Escrow Officer. The role involves conducting closings, title searches, managing escrow accounts, verifying chain of title, marketing and sales and providing exceptional customer service. The position is primarily located in the Crystal River, FL area.

- Chain of Title verification
- Customer Service expertise
- Experience in the real estate or title industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Licensed Title Agent or Escrow Officer certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Transferrable Book of business is a plus
- Experience with Qualia is a plus
Commission and bonus incentives apply as well.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
