Job Description (Overview):
We are seeking an Estimator – Inside Sales Associate to join our team!
The Estimator – Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing requests for quotes in a timely, complete, and accurate manner with attention to detail to assist the company in converting prospects into loyal clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with both the purchasing agents, designers and other departments to ensure a smooth sale to production cycle
· Thoroughly review designer specifications and extract pertinent information to prepare a quotation and subsequent revisions if needed
· Perform size takeoffs from customer drawings and blueprints (onsite training for this skill is available)
· Create and submit material samples (when requested)
· Compile and send formal sales quotations to manager for quality control review
· Answer customer inquiries and assist Sales Representatives to maintain positive working relationships, negotiating quotes, and closing of orders
· Assist with the coordination between the Sales Department and other sales related entities · Provide customer service as needed
Essential Skills:
·Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook & Excel
· Analytical with a focus on problem solving and creating solutions

·Ability to work efficiently in a fast pasted environment
