Snowbasin is looking for a talented HR Generalist to help support our employee base. In this role you will help manage employee recognition, employe files, HRIS updates and audits, employee questions, and daily HR requests. We believe in operating as a team and value helping wherever we can. Service is our product and helping our employees have a great experience is a primary focus. Safety, fun, and learning are daily tasks for this position.
This role is year-round ,full time. Weekend availability
What you will be doing:
- Support employees with day to day questions and requests
- Manage employee hiring and onboarding process
- Manage company recognition program
- Organize and execute on employee events
- Enforce company policies and practices
- Manage new hire orientation programs
- Assist with recruiting
- Audit HRIS system/employee records
- Provide login and access support to software programs for employees
- Manage and communicate company perks and benefits to applicable employees
- Other duties as assigned
What you need to do the job:
- 2 years of HR related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related system
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to work well on a team
- Weekend availability
