Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office communications with professionalism, including phone etiquette.
- Help prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounting activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
