Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist-Recruiter at RHI. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, a solid understanding of HR functions beyond recruitment, such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employment law, is required. Preferred candidates will have expertise in sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), to attract qualified candidates. Other important skills include: the ability to conduct effective interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions; excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. We will also be looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can build rapport with candidates, foster positive relationships with hiring managers, and collaborate effectively with HR team members. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN but allows for some work from home.
