We are an aspirational brand with a big mission : to be the #1 resource to find a behavioral health treatment provider. In order to achieve that goal we need to successfully communicate our brand and value proposition visually. We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help design, produce and deliver high quality creative and marketing materials to help us do that.
Work Location
This is a Madison-based role. To be effective in this role, we would like you to work in our office in Madison on average 3 times per week.
How you know you're being successful
- You are producing work that drives engagement on social platforms, the recovery.com resource library and other mediums.
- You execute design concepts and layout projects from concept to finished product efficiently and effectively.
- You collaborate with other team members and ensure all projects are completed accurately and on time.
- You work effectively with the Recovery media team to execute media production for podcast, social media and other media efforts.

Travel Expectations
This role will be required to attend bi-annual company retreats. The goal of these retreats is to learn about the organization and to build connections across departments and with remote team members.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $65 - $80k, plus eligible benefits and equity options. Compensation may be adjusted based on tenure and experience.
Estimated First Year Compensation : $80,323 - $96,823 (inclusive of Dane County Stipend and Company Bonus Program)
Dane County Housing Stipend
We strongly value in-person work and collaboration, so for full-time employees residing in Dane County, we offer a housing stipend of $735.25 / month in addition to your salary ($8,823 / yr; half of the Fair Market Value of a 2BR apartment in Madison according to rentdata.org ).
Company Bonus Program
An additional 10% of base earnings paid out quarterly when the company meets its revenue target.
Equity Options
In addition to your cash compensation, you will receive options to buy stock in Recover.com at a set strike price. These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company's growth.
