Specific Responsibilities :
- Review the orders on credit hold and release credit holds within established parameters.
- Performs collections and customer inquiries independently.
- Proficient with account reconciliation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for billing and collection inquiries from internal and external business partners.
- Research and resolve a variety of complex internal and external inquiries.
- Proactively works to resolve issues before they become problems.
- Solid understanding of business served, including an understanding of appropriate procedures.
- Perform account set up with minimal guidance.
- Assist the management on ad hoc projects.
- Share learning with peers and team members.
Requirements :
The hourly range for this position is $23.20-$29.00 / hour. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
