BASIC FUNCTION
The Sr. Director-Operations, Wisconsin Power Systems will drive operational excellence and strategic leadership by growing, leading and managing Rehlko's Wisconsin operations. The position is responsible for identifying and implementing operational processes and best practices to deliver to goals for safety, people, quality, delivery and continuous improvement across our manufacturing locations. This position is also responsible for improving customer experience, developing resiliency within material strategies, advancing manufacturing capabilities, and establishing a culture focused on innovating with speed, winning as connected teams and the commitment to always improve.

- Proven leadership of large Engineered to Order manufacturing sites within a matrix organization.
- Career growth from plant manager (small, mid-size, large) to multi-site leadership within industrial manufacturing organizations.
- KPI driven - execute KPI expectations to meet customer and financial commitments.
- Understand business operations within a Union environment.
- Collaborative Leader - takes ownership of creating an engaging culture of respect and development.
- Digital factory, Lean systems principles knowledge and application.

REQUIREMENTS
The salary range for this position is $206,000 - $270,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
