The Training Coordinator will perform registration and invoicing for service training related classes.
This role will run required reports related to service training activities. The Training Coordinator significantly affects service training related activities for both online and instructor led training. This role will also perform various AMPS related administration duties are also required.

Responsibilities
- Rehlko Learning System Software Administration – Administer, maintain, and update training system software, including curriculum, courses, databases, and training records for all internal and external Service Training customers. Collaborate with the Service Training team to support and develop Service Training curriculum as requested. Manage the addition and removal of online programs and courses from the Service Training curriculum. Create, maintain, and execute batch files as necessary to facilitate the proper execution of the training program, including those related to training, courses, and training records.
- Accounting Management – Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for training at the factory and at RTCs (Remote Training Centers) and for engine service software, subscriptions, and partner online training programs.
- Register new users - Receive and register new users and user accounts in the training system software program.
- Manage Rehlko Service Training email box - Answer inquiries to the Rehlko Service Training organization email regarding service training courses. This includes all general questions, questions related to users taking online class, attending instructor led training, resolving user issues with the Service Training software/website, and engine service software subscriptions and use.
- Run Service Training Reports - Collect and report data related to service training activity. This includes monthly revenue, student attendance, online learning activity, and certification objectives.
- Administration for technician level recertification - Aid and support the administration of technician level recertifications. Update certification record database as required.
- Administration of Industrial and Marine distributor classes - Enter student ILT completion records into the system database and assign online testing to students.
- Manage the Diagnostic Software Subscriptions for field technicians
- Set up user accounts and troubleshoot user issues with engine service software and online academies.
- Order and track software license holders and process yearly subscription fees.
- Current engine software includes, but is not limited to:
- KODIA – REHLKO KD large diesel engines
- KIRA – Rehlko KDI small diesel engines
- Service Advisor – John Deere engines
- Vodia – Volvo engines
- E-Controls – PSI engines
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in training, education, or administration preferred.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Effective communications skills required.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently of direct supervision.
- Must have a great deal of versatility and flexibility.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Power Systems division businesses and products preferred
- Proficiency in application software and SAP preferred. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access skills are a must.
