Objectives of this Role
- Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term talent strategies
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of corporate and specialized roles, driving best practices to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement a scalable, structured recruiting program to enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates, leveraging proactive sourcing techniques, networking, and industry relationships
- Continuously partner with HR and Marketing to design, refine, and implement innovative and recruiting strategies
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective talent assessment
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to track hiring performance, optimize processes, and report key insights to leadership
- Stay active and current with job boards, social media, talent platforms, and recruitment technologies to maximize sourcing efficiency
- Foster partnerships with universities, trade schools, and professional organizations to build brand awareness and talent pipelines
- Lead and participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding and attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring policies, and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring quality, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years' recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and efficient time management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- A solid foundational understanding of the roles you are hiring for
- Solid sourcing skills and ability to create, implement, build and maintain strong relationships
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, internet search, job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven track-record of conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Desire to grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, or psychology
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Experience developing recruiting strategies
- Construction or Equipment background
