What You’ll Do:
Brand Activation
- Drive customer engagement through loyalty promotions, community building, and creative retention strategies.
- Develop and manage monthly marketing campaigns to capture new customers and enhance brand loyalty.
- Oversee messaging, content creation, and promotional materials to unify brand communications.
Marketing & Outreach Strategy
- Advance our digital marketing capabilities, including AI-driven insights and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage and optimize SEO, social media, paid search, and email marketing campaigns.
- Build customer segmentation strategies and targeted outreach initiatives.
Leadership & Strategy Execution
- Lead, mentor and manage the Marketing Department
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, reporting on performance and ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of marketing leadership experience (retail, convenience, or QSR a plus).
- 3 years of management experience with direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A valid NYS Driver’s License that meets company policy.
