We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in our Manhattan, NY 10018 location.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented executive assistant to provide administrative support to management to ensure operations are running efficiently and in an organized manner.

What you’ll do :

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Handle sensitive and confidential company and employee information
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, events, and manage calendars daily
  • Coordinate and attend networking events
  • Coordinate, process, and track all sponsorships, including materials
  • Collect and organize receipts as back up for monthly credit card statements
  • Assist in contract management and liaise with leadership and attorneys for execution of contracts
  • Coordinate and assist in recruiting efforts
  • Assist in the production and coordination of RFPs, brochures, agendas, field packages and presentations
  • Assist the team for interviews and presentations
  • Provide back up support for reception position, as needed
  • Assist with personal tasks and special projects occasionally

Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • 5 years relevant work experience in an administrative role a must
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Required Abilities and Skills :

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Individual who is creative and offers new ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a changing environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a “team-player” and “can-do” attitude
  • Job Type : Full-time in office. No remote work.

    Company Offers :

  • Pay : $70,000-$90,000 annually based on experience and education
  • Comprehensive benefits package available including : Healthcare Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and 401(k) Retirement Plan
