We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for one of our leading manufacturing clients in New Jersey. This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive compensation and a full range of benefits. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, production teams, and logistics.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment strategies.
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to enhance supply chain reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in demand forecasting and production planning to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Support process automation and technology-driven improvements for better supply chain management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, ERP systems, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and vendor management.
